1. Acceptance of terms

By using ShaqoGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What ShaqoGo is

ShaqoGo is a job platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are a platform — we do not guarantee employment, screen all employers, or verify every job listing. Job seekers and employers use the platform at their own discretion.

3. Job seekers

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your applications
• Only upload documents (CV, resume) that you own or have the right to share
• Not submit false or misleading applications
• Not create accounts on behalf of others without permission

4. Employers

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, legal job opportunities
• Not post misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings
• Handle applicant data (CVs, contact details) responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws
• Pay for subscriptions as required and not attempt to bypass billing
• Not share or resell applicant data to third parties

5. Subscriptions and payments

Employer subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. ShaqoGo reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your job listings may be removed from the platform.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use ShaqoGo to:

• Post spam, scam listings, or fraudulent job offers
• Harvest or scrape user data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or organisation

7. Intellectual property

All content on ShaqoGo — including the brand, design, and code — is owned by ShaqoGo. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

ShaqoGo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all job listings are legitimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaqoGo is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
